Hilton Hotel & Convention Jabal Omar Makkah

Room and location room was quite spacious and location was excellent for haram. However, rooms lacked USB charging points. The room overlooked one of the outer courtyards of the Haram and hotel's masjid was within the haram. So we prayed one of the Salah's in haram while being in the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and the room size was ok. Breakfast contained a good spread. The location is great as close to Masjid Al Haram. Kids enjoyed the stay which is always a positive.

Family of 5, very nice big spacious room with 4 beds and an amazing view towards masjid al-haram (provided an extra roll out bed without any hassle) 5 mins walk away from the haram (up a small hill, easily accessible, but the road/path can be a little busy too). The room was very nice and clean, made the whole stay very comfortable and enjoyable for the kids, excellent room service and there is a Souk/mall at the bottom of the hill. The Haramain train station is only 15 mins drive away, right from check in, to completing our umrah, praying salat al jummah to check out, the whole stay was very comfortable, amazing view from the room, even managed to catch the sun rise over the haram.

I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my stay. I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Sami Al-Harbi, and his hospitality truly made my experience memorable. His kindness and attention to detail were much appreciated and contributed to making my stay enjoyable and comfortable. I am truly pleased with the level of service provided, and I wanted to make sure that Mr. Sami's efforts are recognized. Please pass on my thanks to him, and keep up the great work! Excellent location. Good air conditioning Comfortable beds Comfortable extra bed provides to the room. We got a single room initially with two separate beds but an extra bed was added ( with plenty of room left in the room itself). The bed can sleep an adult.
