It’s closer to Haram The place is neat and the staff friendly

Room was a good size. Had a view of the Haram. Bathroom and bedding were clean. Room lighting was good. Great variety of food for breakfast. Staff were pleasing. Generally a comfortable stay.

The hotel rooms are new. Breakfast was great Service was good, especially the house keeping “Farouk” With smily face every day.

I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Sami Al-Harbi, and his hospitality truly made my experience memorable. His kindness and attention to detail were much appreciated and contributed to making my stay enjoyable and comfortable. It's still within walking distance from Masjidil Haram and slightly cheaper to compare with the neighboring hotels. Only that, you need to climb a hill a little to reach the hotel and for some people with disabilities and elderly is quite a challenge. I love the room very much, you get partial view of the mosque but it is very comfortable and quiet for us to have a good rest after umrah. Breakfast spread was very good too. The service was very fast during our stay even though there were too many people in the restaurant. On arrival, as it was quite late and we have to go to the mosque, we ordered room service and the food was SUPERB! Mandi was delicious and the breads also arrived still warm and big portion is enough for the 3 of us. And I also LOVE the marble bench in the shower. I've travelled quite a bit but this is the 1st hotel I stayed that has a seat in the shower. Very much needed after having walked a lot during the umrah (so you can rest your feet during shower).
